Bartell Global’s SPE12ES Shotblaster is a fast, versatile, dust-free means to dry-abrasive clean, and texturize horizontal or slightly inclined surfaces. Shotblasting eliminates the mess created by hand-blasting and leaves an ideal surface for coatings and overlays. Consequently, debris are contained to prevent hazards, mess, and environmental pollution.

This medium-sized machine is ideal for use on floors and steel surfaces. Our package includes:

– SPE12ES 3PH Shotblaster

– SPE12DC 3PH Dust Collector

– 20 Meter roll of 5″ Poly Ducting

• Blast unit constructed of manganese steel
• Dust collector fitted with integral compressor and reverse air jet pulsation system to allow continuous working
• Blasting width can be reduced for line removal and weld inspection
• Self propelled variable speed drive allows complete operator control
• Grill fitted into hopper assembly to keep foreign objects from entering the blastwheel and causing damage
• Capable of using up to S550 abrasive
• Fully machined blastwheel support bearing assembly (eliminates bearing problems, automatically self-aligns blastwheel components)
• Blastwheel can be rotated in both directions (Optional extra)
• Can be dismantled to pass through a 24″ (600mm) access hole in storage tanks
