These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the website and online purchases. Sales of goods are also subject to Auskut’s General Trading Terms & Conditions where applicable.

PRODUCT INFORMATION & TECHNICAL ADVICE

PRODUCT AVAILABLITY & SALES

All prices and product information are subject to change without notice.

Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

While Auskut makes every effort to maintain stock levels, product availability cannot be guaranteed at the time of order.

Auskut may cancel or decline any order where stock is unavailable or where a pricing or listing error has occurred.

Some products are not available for direct purchase via the “Add to Cart” function because they require manual freight quotations. In these cases, customers may use the “Add to Quote” function to request a freight-inclusive quote.

DELIVERY AND CLICK & COLLECT

Orders are dispatched once payment has been received and cleared.

Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier and are estimates only. Auskut is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, loss, or damage in transit.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. A valid physical street address must be provided.

If “Click & Collect” is selected, collection will be from our premises. Customers will be notified when the order is ready for collection. Orders must be collected within a reasonable time after notification.

FREE SHIPPING OFFER

Orders must total $1,000 or more (exclusive of GST) to qualify for free shipping.

This offer excludes chemicals, dangerous goods, machinery, palletised freight, oversized items, rural deliveries, and other items requiring specialised freight arrangements.

Auskut reserves the right to determine eligibility based on the products purchased and delivery location.

Auskut reserves the right to modify this shipping offer at any time.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS & DISCOUNT CODES

From time to time, Auskut may offer promotional discounts, including sign-up offers, welcome discounts, or limited-time promotions. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Discounts apply to eligible products only and may exclude selected items, categories, sale products, chemicals, machinery, or freight
  • Discount codes are limited to one use per customer
  • Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively
  • Offers may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
  • Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be modified, paused, or withdrawn at any time.

PAYMENTS

All online purchases must be paid by credit card at checkout unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway and orders will not be dispatched until payment has been verified.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Auskut complies with applicable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If you wish to return goods, you must contact Auskut within 30 days of purchase. No goods will be accepted for return without prior authorisation.

Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Original freight charges are non-refundable.

A 20% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

WARRANTIES & LIABILITIES

Goods sold through this website are covered by any applicable manufacturer’s warranty. Auskut branded products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from purchase under normal use.

This warranty excludes misuse, neglect, modification, incorrect installation or application, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions.

To make a warranty claim, contact [email protected] with proof of purchase and details of the issue.

To the extent permitted by law, Auskut’s liability is limited to the replacement or repair of goods, or refund of the purchase price.

Auskut is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profit, downtime, or business interruption

CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Auskut may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas providers we use protect personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
