This is a full-time, workshop-based role working alongside a small, supportive crew including a licensed electrician.

If you’ve got solid mechanical knowledge, enjoy fault-finding, and want steady work with no weekends, this could be a great fit.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be responsible for repairs and maintenance on a wide range of 2-stroke and 4-stroke small engine equipment, including concrete power cutters/quick cut saws, core drill machines, concrete grinders, pressure washers and dust extractors.

TYPICAL DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
• Repairs and general maintenance
• Servicing and testing
• Occasional customer interaction (phone and in-person)
• Basic computer work (job notes, service records)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Demonstrated mechanical experience or background (trade qualification not essential)
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and good work ethic
• Willingness to learn — full training provided
